I am writing to say how impressed I was with the recent install to Park Row. I have to admit that despite your assurances I was expecting 'issues' to arise during the install principally around timescales and housekeeping based on experiences with other companies at other sites.

However, this was most certainly not the case- it was Day 3 before I had the opportunity to check progress and was extremely impressed by the quality, tidiness and speed of the entire project. Indeed I received NOT 1 adverse call from my customers, which is praise in itself.

WELL DONE! And I look forward with confidence to the ground floor installation that you are about to commence.
